Capability governance

Maintains model, prompt version, schema version, and cache policy for eight AI capabilities in one registry.
Builds bounded context for the cooking assistant from the current, preceding, and following steps instead of allowing conversation history to grow without limit.
Records request IDs, cache state, latency, and success, failure, or cancellation for AI calls, with streamed output where needed.

Structured execution

Dinner Compiler turns several recipes into a DAG and schedules the work around resource, attention, and food-safety constraints.
